These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of michiganwaterpros.com (the "Site") and your communications with Michigan Water Pros, LLC ("Michigan Water Pros," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us by phone or text, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Michigan Water Pros provides residential water softening and filtration systems, including sales, installation, and related service, in our Metro Detroit service area. Quotes provided on the phone or in writing describe the specific equipment and installation included. Installation is performed by qualified independent installation contractors.
Quotes and pricing
Pricing communicated to you applies to standard residential installations as described in your quote. Unusual site conditions, non-standard plumbing configurations, or additional equipment requested by you may change the final price, which we will communicate before work proceeds. A quote becomes a binding agreement when you accept it and sign the accompanying service agreement.
Deposits, payment and cancellations
A deposit may be required to schedule an installation. The amount, if any, is set out in your quote or confirmed with you before your installation is scheduled, and it is applied to the total price of your order. The balance is due as described in your quote.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled installation, your deposit is refundable, less any fees or costs already incurred on your order (for example payment processing fees, or equipment ordered or restocking charges). Deposits are not refundable for cancellations made 48 hours or less before your scheduled installation, or for missed appointments. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us at (248) 213-7765 or contact@michiganwaterpros.com as early as you can. If we cancel or cannot complete your installation, any deposit you have paid is refunded in full.
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your phone number to Michigan Water Pros, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, service updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Website use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape its content for commercial purposes, or misrepresent your identity when submitting forms. Site content, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Michigan Water Pros, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Warranties
Equipment warranties are described in your service agreement and the manufacturer’s warranty documentation provided at or before installation. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michigan Water Pros, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under a signed service agreement or applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
